I am a Kansas native and graduated from the University of Kansas with my Master’s in Clinical Social Work in May 2026. I practice therapy in Olathe, Kansas, from my office at Hope Roots Collective.

Outside of my work as a therapist, I have a deep love for exploring the world and making meaning of our lives through writing. Poetry and personal essays have long been ways for me to slow down, wonder, reflect, and make sense of the human experience.
